Lugana DOC

Region: Lake Garda, Veneto.

Grape varieties: 100% Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana) from vineyards located on the southern shores of Lake Garda.

Vinification: Grapes selected and harvested entirely by hand during the month of September. Soft pressed. Fermentation at controlled low temperature.

Colour: Pale straw yellow.

Aroma: Notes of fresh fruit.

Taste: Soft, fresh with balanced acidity.

Alcohol content: 13,00% Vol.

Serving suggestions: Ideal served as an aperitif with hors d’oeuvres and delicate dishes. Excellent paired with typical dishes of Lake Garda. Serve chilled at 8 - 10° C.

Corvina Veronese IGT

Region: Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto.

Grape varieties: 100% Corvina Veronese from vineyards in the Valpolicella area.

Vinification: Grapes selected and harvested entirely by hand in the period from September/October. Temperature-controlled fermentation and 15 day maceration.

Colour: Deep ruby red.

Aroma: Notes of cherry with a hint of spice.

Taste: Soft, velvety taste. Good length, with a finish typical of the Valpolicella.

Alcohol content: 13,50% Vol.

Serving suggestions: Best served with pasta dishes, lamb, red meats, game and cheeses. Serve between 16 - 17° C.

VALPOLICELLA DOC CLASSICO

Region: Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto.

Grape varieties: 70% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone Veronese, 30% Rondinella.

Vinification: Grapes selected and harvested entirely by hand in the period from September/October. Temperature-controlled fermentation with 20 day maceration.

Ageing: Aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 10 months.

Colour: Deep ruby red.

Aroma: Notes of spice.

Taste: Dry, soft and velvety, Good length with a cherry and plum finish.

Alcohol content: 13,00% Vol.

Serving suggestions: Serve with pasta dishes, lamb, red meats and cheeses. Serve between 16 - 17° C.

RIPASSO VALPOLICELLA DOC CLASSICO SUPERIORE

Region: Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto.

Grape varieties: 80% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone Veronese, 20% Rondinella.

Vinification: Grapes selected and harvested entirely by hand in October. Temperature-controlled fermentation and 15 day macera- tion. After racking off the wine is transferred into stainless steel tanks until January/February at which point it under- goes a second fermentation on the pomace of the Amarone which has just been racked off (a winery procedure called “Ripasso”).

Ageing: Aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months.

Colour: Deep ruby red.

Aroma: Delicate notes with hints of jam.

Taste: Harmonious, well-rounded, typical slightly bitter finish.

Alcohol content: 14,00% Vol.

Serving suggestions: Serve with cured meats, red meats, game and cheeses. Serve between 17 - 18° C.

AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG CLASSICO

Region: Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto.

Grape varieties: 65% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone Veronese, 35% Rondinella.

Vinification: Manual selection at the end of September of bunches which will be placed in grape drying lofts for a period of slightly less than three months. Natural reduction of 35/40%. Soft pres- sing of the grapes in December followed by temperatu- re-controlled maceration for 30 days.

Ageing: Slavonian oak barrels and barriques for 24 months.

Colour: Deep garnet red.

Aroma: Notes of vanilla with hints of cherry, plum and bitter almond.

Taste: Full bodied, velvety.

Alcohol content: 15,00% Vol.

Serving suggestions: A full-bodied red wine best enjoyed with red meats, roasts, game and mature cheeses. Uncork one hour before serving at between 17-18°C.

AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG CLASSICO RISERVA

Region: Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto.

Grape varieties: 70% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone Veronese, 30% Rondinella.

Vinification: Manual selection in September of only the best bunches, with a high sugar content, which are placed in grape drying lofts for three months. Natural reduction of 40%. Great attention paid to the health and integrity of the grapes. Soft pressing in December with temperature-controlled maceration for 30 days.

Ageing: New oak barriques for 18 months.

Colour: Deep ruby red with garnet hues.

Aroma: Notes of spice with hints of cherry, bitter almond and vanilla.

Taste: Full-bodied, velvety with a slightly bitter finish.

Alcohol content: 15,50% Vol.

Serving suggestions: Excellent with red meats, game, grilled meats, braised meats and mature cheeses. Uncork one hour before serving at 17-18°C.

RECIOTO DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG CLASSICO

Region: Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto.

Grape varieties: 70% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone Veronese, 30% Rondinella.

Vinification: Manual selection at the end of September of the bunches which will be placed in grape drying lofts for three months. Natural reduction of 35/40%. Soft pressing of the grapes in January with temperature-controlled maceration of about 30 days. Racking off while wine is still sweet.

Ageing: Ageing on its own yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 months at a temperature of 10°C.

Colour: Deep ruby red with garnet hues.

Aroma: Fruity notes.

Taste: Sweet, velvety with strong hints of cherry and marasca cherry.

Alcohol content: 13,00% Vol.

Serving suggestions: Serve with desserts, baked sweets and biscuits. It also pairs well with red berry fruits such as strawberries. Serve between 15 - 18° C.
